Taking care for the environment

In building and managing real estate properties, Warimpex has a social, ecological and economic impact on its surroundings. This impact entails a high degree of responsibility, of which we are fully aware. For this reason, sustainability is an integral part of our business and every project we undertake.

We focus on energy efficiency, use of renewable energy sources, reduction of CO2 emissions and high-quality interiors in our facilities - both existing and those under construction. All new buildings are certified during construction, and existing buildings are gradually adapted.

Mogilska 35 Office will be subject to BREEAM certification at the 'Excellent' level. Environmentally friendly solutions have been implemented in the building, primarily aimed at reducing energy and water consumption. The low primary energy requirement places the Warimpex office building in the top 15% of all buildings constructed after 1 January 2021, compared to indicators issued by the Ministry of Development in Poland. In the interests of safety, health and ensuring optimum working conditions for those using the building, a number of solutions have also been introduced to dramatically improve working comfort.
